These terms cover your use of bradleyspool.com and the text messages you receive from Bradleys Pool Service LLC ("Bradleys Pool Service", "we", "us"), 1403 Holleman Drive, Valrico, FL 33596.

Using this website

You must be 18 or older to use this website, send a service request, or join our text message program. Please give accurate contact and address details so we can reach you and find your pool.

Service requests and prices

Sending a request does not book a visit. Brad reviews each request and replies to confirm what your pool needs, the price and the date before any work starts. A price discussed by text or from photos is a starting point and can change once Brad sees the pool in person.

Text message program (SMS Terms)

• Program name: Bradleys Pool Service customer care and appointment texts, sent by Bradleys Pool Service LLC from (813) 491-9410.
• Description: text messages about pool cleaning and maintenance requests you send us.
• What we send: replies to your service request, questions about your pool, scheduling and appointment reminders, and service updates. These are customer-care messages, not marketing.
• How you join: by checking the optional consent box on our service request form or in our website chat, or by texting us first. The box is never pre-checked, and you can send a request without checking it.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies with your request and service. Most customers get a few messages per visit.
• Rates: Msg & data rates may apply.
• STOP: reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one message confirming you are opted out, and then no more texts unless you opt back in by replying START.
• HELP: reply HELP for help, or call (813) 491-9410 or email info@bradleyspool.com.
• Support: call or text (813) 491-9410, or email info@bradleyspool.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell mobile information or opt-in data. See our Privacy Policy.

Calls

When Brad is busy, a virtual assistant may answer, take your message and pass it to him.

Safety

This website, our texts and our chat are not for emergencies. If someone is in trouble in the water or hurt, call 911.

Limits

The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. These terms are governed by Florida law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
